Publicus Call Center
Today there are only a few call centers in Hungary which are aware of the different needs of public opinion and market research surveys. Since autumn 2007 the Publicus Call Center provides not only fieldwork services to its customers but all other call center services as well. Our call center in Budapest currently has 55 workstations and we also give services in the neighbouring countries.
Our professional call center provides the following services:
1. fieldwork for market and opinion research
- with operators
- via automated calling, answering with pushbutton (IVR)
2. info campaigns
- with live operators
- via automated calling
3. telemarketing campaigns
In the call center our operators always work using a preprogrammed script: only the current question appears on the screen, than they record the answers in the computer which also stores the data. The system automatically handles the intersections in the questionnaire, which means that it is impossible to ask a wrong question. After finishing the research, the system creates a database ready for further processing.
Technical information:
The core of the Publicus Call Center is an Avaya Definity type server, our system is capable of serving up to 40,000 side-lines simultaneously. The workstations are equipped with Callmaster V. system phones. The center has an integrated NICE audio recording system, which enables a filterable voice recording. The center works with a Call Center Management software. It provides a flexible call flow and distribution and enables to group the calls - optionally. Our workprocess is supported by certain integrated functions (preview, progressive mode) to reduce the idle time and to increase our efficiency..
